Exciting week of the new year at Infinity Fitness! Our new schedule starts this week with new Zumba and HIIT classes! If you are interested in coming to our HIIT class and are wondering if there is anything you should bring, check out the list below:
What Should You Bring to HIIT?
Tennis Shoes with good traction
Water Bottle
Towel if you get sweaty like me!
Optional Recommendation:
If you get sweaty hands like me, I would recommend a pair of exercise gloves so your hands don't slip on the floor during push ups, burpees, etc.

HIIT is a great class to combine with Bootcamp which is immediately following HIIT. If you plan on attending both classes your should also bring the following:

Yoga Mat
Hand Weights
Water Bottle
Optional Recommendation:
Again, sweaty hand and feet lady recommends yoga socks or wraps. Tennis shoes tend to be a bit clunky to work with when using the stability balls, and to keep your grip yoga socks or wraps help a lot.
